AIQID provides conversational AI interactions through a virtual droid companion. We are committed to transparency and minimizing data collection.
1. Conversation Data and AI Processing
When you use AIQID, the text you enter in the app is transmitted securely to OpenAI’s GPT models for the sole purpose of generating AI responses.
This includes:
- The message you type
- Limited recent conversation context necessary to generate a coherent reply
We use OpenAI strictly as a data processor to provide AI response functionality. We do not authorize OpenAI to use your data for advertising purposes.

2. Local 7-Day Personalization Summary
To improve interaction quality, AIQID generates a limited summary of your recent usage (up to the past 7 days).
This summary:
- Is generated and stored locally on your device
- May include conversational preferences, general topics of interest, and response style preferences
- Does not store full historical transcripts beyond what is needed for short-term context
- Is automatically reduced or replaced as it exceeds the 7-day window
- Is deleted when the app is removed
This local summary is used only to adjust tone and relevance in future responses.
3. How We Use Information
User data is used only to:
- Generate AI responses
- Maintain conversational continuity
- Improve interaction quality within the app
- Ensure service reliability
We do not:
- Sell personal data
- Share data for advertising
- Create marketing profiles
- Track users across other apps or services
4. Data Retention
Conversation data is processed to generate responses and is not retained longer than necessary to operate the service.
Older conversation details are summarized locally and raw conversation data beyond operational needs is not persistently stored by us.
5. User Consent
By submitting messages within AIQID, you consent to the transmission of your messages to OpenAI for response generation.
If you do not agree, please do not use the conversational features of the app.
6. Security
We use encryption in transit and reasonable safeguards to protect data. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
Users should avoid submitting highly sensitive personal information.
7. Children’s Privacy
AIQID is not directed to children under 13.
